Applied for trainee train driver on southeastern Back in march .
received letter three weeks ago for assessment on Wednesday
, there was only three of us, the other two was internal I was the only one
To pass , had a structured interview same day just waiting to see if I've got
Another interview with managers , has any one got a idea what sort of questions
They might ask at this one , the structured interview was hard , felt like I was being tested on my temperament as well as the way he was talking to me , like he was trying to get me to bite and answer back , a bit like they do in the knowledge of London but I kept my cool
Cheers for any info

I am clueless in my reply and responding solely on what I have read in other threads... The depot interview appears to be a more normal interview (why do want to Be a driver, what would make you a good driver etc) but recent threads have mentioned that its pretty tough with 2 people - some mentioning that for them it was the hardest part.

Have a read through other threads and I wish you the very best.

Having just been through the interview stage with a neighbouring TOC.
The things I would definitely say would be find out as much information as you can about the company like their management structure, who the MD is, their core values, diversity of the network etc.
I'd also say don't be surprised if they throw in some competency based questions similar to the Criteria Based Interview questions.
Also health & safety are important just keep thinking safety. The other thing they seem to like is aspects of personal presentation and you essentially being the public face of the company.

Do a search of the forums, you'll find a whole host of information for all different TOCS but they are broadly the same but there are likely to be some areas I've missed. The more prepared you can be the better it is.
