wagons on google earth

whilst looking around on google earth at railway locations, I looked at the old Kellingley colliery site. At the righthand side of the site there appears to be two short rakes of rail wagons that are trapped - so why were they there? were the wagons moved out by rail, cut up on site or still there?

They were Touax-owned aggregates hoppers in store, went for scrap by road just a few weeks ago.
