VTWC first class catering?

I've taken advantage of the VTWC Seat Sale and got some First Class tickets for a few trips. Could anyone give me any idea of what the catering would be like on board these services? The Virgin Trains website doesn't explicitly say what time trains the different meals are on, or what hot and cold beverages are available at different times!

1F16 1207 Euston-Liverpool, midweek early June

9S47 0743 Euston- Glasgow, midweek mid May

9M55 1200 Glasgow- Crewe, midweek mid May.

I made a Glasgow to London journey first class just the once about ten years ago and seem to remember a fair lot of food and drinks: two different hot meals at different times and enough tea to keep anyone awake all day! I wonder if this is still the case nowadays?

This was the breakfast served to us onboard a Pendolino journey from Stockport to London Euston last August, well cooked and very tasty.

Last week I did Euston to Glasgow on the 0930 and was given the full breakfast (as above) on departure and then after Preston there was a further offer of bacon roll or tomato soup. This is as well as tea/coffee/juices and after Preston soft drinks and alcohol as well. So think you can expect to be well looked after on your full Euston to Glasgow run!
