Over the past few weeks I've noticed a lot of posts on Twitter by VTEC about trains running without a functioning accessible toilet in first class, and advising passengers who need one to speak to staff.
Yesterday there were about five consecutive posts referring to trains about the same time across the network, so it can't be a fault just on the one set, and I replied to them asking if there was a systematic problem; they replied with a bland "sorry but we always put safety first".
Does anyone know what the problem is, and why so many trains are affected right now?
