VSE Test

Hi all, I have my VSE tests tomorrow, M7 SJT I’m ok on, dots I’m as confident as you can be and the letter match, but the moving corner dot one I’m a bit more wary of particularly when it’s done alongside the letters, any last minute tips? It’s online test.

Follow the instructions they give you is my only tip! It tells you very clearly what they want for the third part.

Thanks buddy, yeah I’m guessing it’s just a crack on scenario, I’ve practiced so I think I’ve done as much as I can.

From what I’ve heard although speed is of the essence accuracy has the the nose on priority

We’ll just sat the tests, gotta say it was completely different from the practice tests I was sent. Not sure what happened or whether I misunderstood but instead of dots moving around a box and letters it was a animated dot moving and columns of shapes, independently not too difficult but the combined I really struggled. Gotta say I can’t call it but I think I’d be lucky to get through. Disappointed in myself but felt I had the wrong prep material so went in blind. It’s a fingers crossed scenario at this point.

From memory ..this was the only test I did where the practice material didn’t really reflect the actual test itself .. consequently I failed it … as towards the end it speeds up and once I started making mistakes it quickly fell apart on me … luckily not all tocs require this one so if u apply to one that doesn’t it won’t count against u if haven’t been successful this time !

Any info or help you can provide knowing now how it goes? I've got the VSE on Tuesday and I'm pretty certain the practice material I have isn't like the actual test. If you could help me out and tell me anything you wish you'd have know that would be amazing!
