Does anyone know how long (time and distance if possible) the voyagers/super voyagers take to accelerate from a stand to 125mph?

Roughly 6mins / 8 miles. Some sets better than others also gradients can affect time.
I don’t have any experience of them so can’t say but Voyagers used to be even quicker but had their engines down rated many years ago

Eversholt's own performance graphs have the 222s as about 210s to attain 110mph and 320s to 125mph, for what it's worth.
This is accurate.
Standing start from Stafford station to Penkridge platform is around 4 mins / 6 miles @ 113mph and then four ashes loop is another 2mins / 2 miles around 125mph

Is there much difference between the lighter 220's and the heavier 221s?

It is variable because of different conditions, such as adhesion and gradient. However, the Cummins QSK19, set at 750-752HP can generally propel a coach to 125 miles per hour in around 1 and a half minute to 5 minutes. This will depend on various factors - as I mentioned. As well as this, some Voyagers are slightly heavier than others, due to having tilting equipment and heavy-weight bogies.
Unfortunately, answers to this question will be ambiguous because of how varied the circumstances are. I do remember the First Great Western video saying however, that Adelantes (which use the same engine as Voyagers) can reach 125 in around 4 minutes, whereas a HST can take 10 minutes to get to 125 (their words).

The heavy outside frame bogies on the 221s add ~10t per car compared to the 220s.

Best recorded data I have for a 2 x 221 combo suggests 0-60mph in 60 seconds 0.58 miles, 0-100mph in 2 min 50 seconds - 3.06 miles, 0-125mph in 5 min 13 seconds - 7.63 miles - for the lower power 700bhp engine setting. The 221's are slightly heavier than 220 and 222's. Though it is said the longer 7-car 222's accelerate faster than 5-car versions.
Requires all engines to be running, but even if all engines running , it cannot be assumed all are giving full power as engines can derate due to high coolant levels etc. Among RPS members is a retired Avanti driver with experience of both 390's and 221's. Is there anything in particular the OP was interested in relating this data to? I.E the performance of other traction?

When i did find a Class 180 with all engnes running and no transmission issues, these engines are set to the higher 750bhp but the hydraulic transmission bluints performance to the extent that the 0-60 mph time is generally slightly slower. Just looking at one example on levelish GWML track i have 0-124mph in 5min 10 secs and 7.2 miles.
