Voluntary classes

I have been doing some research and in 1986 there was a course for the District line operation just wondering if anyone on here can expand on what was included perhaps even have details of the actual course and material used.

I don't think they do these classes anymore which is a real shame.

can you give details about who the class was aimed at and if there was a reason for people to do the classes, eg promotion or employment.

From what I can gather it was refresher training and to prepare people for promotion and it was held at Hornchurch social club.
I suspect it was aimed at the east end of the District due to the location.
