The new vodafone advert on tv showing people glued to their mobiles even the guard. Where was this filmed? How did people get to appear on such adverts? It was an old train.

The station the train is shown passing through at the end of the advert is Horsted Keynes on the Bluebell Railway.
The stock used was one of the pressure ventilated mark 2 variants - Hired in from elsewhere I presume, as it's not the sort of stock I thought the Bluebell Railway usually go in for.

More interesting! Why does the train reverse direction between Martin Freeman walking down the carriage, and looking out of the carriage at the end of the advert?
