Visiting Bounds Green depot

Has anyone visited Bounds Green depot lately?

I often go to Willesden but have never been to Bounds Green. Is there a public place in which to view the depot and yard like the bridge at Willesden or is it impossible to view from a public place?

Can you see very much there or is it not worth the trip?

Is the depot close to the underground station?

What's the area like?

Sorry for all the questions but I want to judge whether it's worth a trip or not.

I'm not sure how much you'll actually see, but this bridge at Alexandra Palace may be your best bet.

This nearby street should give better views than the Google Car captured.

Alexandra Palace railway station is much closer than the Underground station
