When they lost their franchises, VT said they would launch a booking site.

This has now launched as part of the Virgin Red app

Bad timing indeed.

I also just happened to glance at their Twitter account where there was a complaint four days ago about poor service. Virgin Red replied by tagging in the Virgin Trains account to help out, except it's been defunct since 2019.

I'm fairly sure the complainant was a bit confused and possibly referring to Avanti anyway but still........
