Hi All

I've been invited to an assessment centre for the role of Customer Service Assistant with Virgin Trains East Coast.

Does anyone who has attended this have any further information or pointers on what the day consists of?

It's a group task and speed interviews. You'll have to convey personality, attention to detail, customer focus, strict time keeping, and an ability to work as a team player to pass them.
