I'm hoping to spend a couple of days around Glasgow at New Year and have noted that VT ran some services to Glasgow on New Year's day this year. Is this likely to be repeated this coming New Year's day?
Ideally, I'd like to book car rental now but obviously don't want to do that if I can't get there!

I tweeted them for you and they replied: "There is nothing confirmed as yet but we usually run a loose Sunday service. Check online 12 weeks ahead for confirmed details."

Thanks, will do. Although if I get the "12 weeks" type reply I'll have to take my chances with the car rental!
Incidentally, previous year's info indicated a late start then a normal weekday service; that would be nice!

Getting the hire car in Glasgow on the 1st January might be a challenge!

Heading out to the best airport might be the best bet.
