the 18:43 Euston - Crewe is listed in the new timetable on the Euston - Scotland route, but not on the new Euston - Wolves route

Can anyone tell me if the 18:43 now ends at Wolverhampton, or will still continue to Crewe after Dec 12th?

It still goes to Crewe, but in timetable A (for EBW) there is no need to show it as going to Crewe, as that isn't in that timetable, like how Coventry and Birmingham International aren't shown in timetables E and F, because that timetable isn't for those stations :)

There are also rumours of this going over to pretendolino operation :)

They would presumably have to retime the service if it went to Pretendolino operation? Might cause issues further down the line if this happened.

On another token, there does appear to be a fair few people that use it for EUS-CRE. Not too sure why since the 1840 Manchester train before it stops at Crewe giving a quicker journey time. One lady I spoke to once said she had been booked on it by the ticket clerk who served her.
