Are pendolinos and Voyagers only allowed to tilt after Carstairs Southbound You don't see and EPS signs until this point?

If memory serves the maximum permitted speed as far as Carstairs southbound is 90 mph.

Yes, but there is a 2-mile stretch of 90/105 EPS northbound past Shieldmuir.
The southbound non-EPS speeds are generally a bit lower that the northbound, for some reason.
No tilt/EPS on the Edinburgh branch either.
