Virgin on board manager interview

Hi all

Looking for a bit of advice really.

I have an upcoming interview in Birmingham with Virgin Trains for an On board Manager role. Does anyone have any idea what sort of attributes they are looking for?

I have already passed a video interview, and was told that there will now be a face to face interview as well as a group activity. Does anyone know what this will entail?

Any comments will be greatly appreciated.

I have a similar situation to that you faced back in January - what do you recall of your online video interview? Any tips greatly appreciated.
