Virgin First Class Seat Sale!

[All Line Rover]

Virgin have given a very strong hint that they will soon be having another First Class Seat Sale: "Be sure to keep an eye out on our Facebook page – a First Class seat sale could be on the cards very soon!" If that's not a strong enough hint for you then I don't know what is!

I imagine it will probably be during the Easter period (the last two weeks of this month). I remember that last time the single ticket fares were £25 for the North West and £18 for the Midlands (I'm relatively certain about this one). I can't remember fares for longer journeys.

Anyway, for anyone who likes Virgin's FC service, keep your eyes peeled, as they usually only give 5-7 days to book.

Thanks for the "heads up". Not everyone on here is also on Facebook.

I'm not either. I only use it to keep up to date with Virgin's page, as that's where they mention most of their special offers! London Midland also do the same thing with Twitter.

Presumably this will be done by removing the vast majority of Traveller reservations
On my trip last week more than 40 seats were reserved for Traveller, yet not one was used until Preston

It really is time this scheme was revised; probably about one quarter of the current quota
