Just wondering if anybody on here has had money automatically paid back into their account from the result of a delay by Virgin?
They trumpet it a lot on their web page but I have had 4 journeys in the past 2 months that have had serious delays and even though it was an advance ticket and booked through their website I have received nothing and have ended up having to put a claim in to get a cheque sent to me with a refund.
Surely Virgin are not hoping people will forget to claim will they :roll:
