Just saw one going through High Wycombe so was wondering if the BBs are going to be on the loose tomorrow as well ?

Blockbusters are in operation today by the looks of it. Although there are currently delays between Coventry and Birmingham International because of over running engineering works.

Services to/from Euston appear to be running back on the WCML tomorrow.

I can't help wondering why you'd want to take a picture of a Voyager!
A loco hauled set or an HST on a weird & wonderful route maybe, but a Voyager?

Blockbuster = a service that normally runs using voyagers, often from Birmingham - Euston via High Wycombe when the WCML is closed. I remember they once ran 15 coaches long, and Bombardier was praised for having every one in service those days

Double Voyagers have been operating through Leamington all day today.

It took alot of planning to get the Blockbusters up & running. Having extra Voyagers diagrammed to end at Euston & Birmingham, paths across the Chilterns & DBS route conductors for this route & NLL into Euston. Quite impressive to see load 15 trains & Virgin managed to have catering in all three units on every train i used .

I was very impressed with the leaflets they left out to tell people which sights they should look out for along the way and give people a little info about the history of the lines. A very nice touch, and I hope they still do it. They were entitiled 'Where the hell are we going?', or something like that at least
