Might be me but not seen this anywhere else. SET services out of Victoria badly disrupted and Eurostar services are starting at Ashford due to a fire in a builders yard near Wandsworth Town.

Victoria to Ramsgate/Dover Priory trains are starting at Herne Hill
Victoria to Ashford via Maidstone trains are starting at Blackfriars
Victoria to Orpington via Herne Hill trains are starting at Blackfriars
Victoria to Faversham via Longfield trains are starting at Bromley South
Victoria to Dartford via Eltham trains are suspended
Victoria to London Bridge via Peckham Rye are suspended

Disruption likely to last until tomorrow afternoon.

Nah, it was occuring from about 2pm yesterday I'd guess, SWT were advertising that Eurostar was a no go from about 2 IIRC.
