Yes. Though I suspect that there will be more opportunities to run additional trains using classic stock (of which there is too little at the moment) seasonally. Indeed, there seem to be plans for an overnight EC service (LHCS) in high season.

Also, Trenitalia plans to run ETR400 services from Rome and Milan to Munich.
