Vejle station - Billund Airport

When planning a journey from Danish stations to Billund Airport, the following warning is given (and it is untranslated even when using the English language versions, even though other warnings/notices are translated):

For rejser mellem Billund og Vejle er der stor risiko for forsinkelser..
Har du planer om at rejse mellem Billund og Vejle, opfordrer vi derfor til at planlægge med minimum 15-20 min til skifte imellem bus og tog, da der ofte opstår forsinkelser pga. kø og trafik.

"Stor risiko" sounds a bit dramatic. I'm not sure if "imellem bus og tog" implies from bus to train only, or in both directions, but looking at images on Google I can't see any obvious pinch points which would make it take 20 minutes to walk between the train platforms and the bus stops.

A sample itinerary could be:
- 1051 train arrives Vejle
- 1100-1129 bus 43 to BLL airport
- 1320 flight

The next bus arriving at 1159 should still be OK as BLL is a small airport, but I may want to take a slightly later train.

Does anyone know what exactly they are trying to warn passengers about?

Translation:
There is a considerable risk of delays to journeys between Billund and Vejle.
If you intend to travel between Billund and Vejle we recommend allowing a minimum of 15-20 minutes to change between bus and train as there are often delays due to queues and traffic.
