I'm in Cardiff on Thursday and need to be in London for 1030 Friday 16th. Because if the strikes I'm going to drive to Cardiff so that I can drive from there to London on Friday morning.
But I don't fancy driving and parking in central London. I was planning to park in one of the car parks near Uxbridge station and then take the Metropolitan into town.
Does anyone know how likely it is that the car parks will all be full by about 0930, bearing in mind it's a strike day?
Has anyone got a better idea?
I'm assuming Crossrail will not be running to Reading, which eliminates that option.
