Hi,
My work pattern may be changing so I no longer travel from Dewsbury to Manchester every day, but only twice a week: so I won't really have need of my annual ticket.
I need to travel to Manchester on the 0734 or 0806 from Dewsbury and return on the 1627 or 1657.
Looking at the fares, a DEW - MAN Anytime return is £20.90 but a MAN - DEW Off Peak return is £16.50.
Is there any reason why I can't use an off peak return - with my 'outward' portion being the MAN-DEW afternoon journey, then 'returning' the next day (or next week) in the morning? I know I'd have to start off by getting to Manchester in the first place, but that's kind of one off.
Thanks all.
Gary.
