Hello, wondering how is education of users of urban transport of your city, if people respect the yellow band crash in a situation where the user's behavior?
I'll reply from what I see here in Sao Paulo, Brazil:
The user in São Paulo, has been improving with regard to education, but still plenty to do, many people do not respect the yellow band and fall on the track, at risk of death, among other things simple, which can result in more severe reactions
