Morning,
Could anyone confirm that 69010 is at Eastleight (and perhaps a more specific location), and what it'll be working today, please?
I've noticed allocations for 69010 sometimes seem to only get posted close to departure time - I'm planning to take a trip to Eastleigh this morning, but don't want to get there to find it's set off elsewhere, most likely to Westbury.

As I'd bought my ticket, thought I might as well pay Eastleigh a visit, and had a stroll round the perimeter of the works.
D2991 was on display (surprise, surprise), and also this shunter - anyone know its identity, please?

D2991 is 07007 - tho carries D2291 numbers on the side I saw at the works today.
Mystery solved - the shunter I was struggling to id is ex-MoD shunter 01508 - I found a few pictured online - and they look identical to mine.

Hello, would like some help with something, just seen on railadvent that tomorrow one of LSLs kettles is due to go on a loaded test run, I am presuming this'll be out of Crewe, but can anyone advise as to what the loco and service will be.
