There has been a nationwide issue with Freightliner’s TOPS system, preventing them from allocating the locos and wagons to some trains. This has prevented/delayed their entry on to the running line due to there being no visibility to Controls/signallers of any dangerous goods on board in this case. The issue is believed to be linked to their changing sector codes from 09 to 66 on the system as part of their split from Heavy Haul.
