Urgent Advice required please.

Dear All ,
I have a quick query about my current situation and need your expert & precious advice please.
I applied for Trainee Train Driver vacancy in Southern Railways back in Feb.2014 and luckily I received an email about being shortlisted for the assessment.
After applying for the above said vacancy, I got a better job and I joined the new company. Now should I send an email about my current job and present employer details to Southern Railways before I go for assessment? I know this might sound straight forward to you but for some reasons I am just hesitating of sending an email or updating my profile in their database as I am frightened that this might put my application behind the other applicants.
Also where is Knollys House???? They just said the assessment will be held in Knollys House ,no address or anything.
Please advise.

Wouldn't bother myself.

A quick visit to Google will reveal the whereabouts of Knollys House.

If you got a better job in the meantime why leave that?

And without sounding an arse if you cannot proactively search for a readily available address I doubt the job is for you

I think he means he's got a better job than the one he was in when he filled the application form in, that's why he asking wether he should tell Southern.

In answer to that, I'd leave it until later on, the application form was accurate when you filled it, I wouldn't bother emailing them that you changed jobs since.

Yeah , I applied for southern back in Feb and then in May I changed my job , and in July I received this email from Southern about the assessment. So I was just in dilemma , thought to ask here as I thought people here have more experience than I have.
