Hi my annual season expires today, I want to renew at 2014 prices and pay using delay repay vouchers. Problem is I left vouchers at office. I usually get first class gold card. If I buy new standard annual season today and then go to upgrade it to first in say a weeks time when I have vouchers on me will upgrade charge be calculated based on 2014 season tic prices? Tks

There is a mechanism called season ticket changeover and it will be perfect for you. The additional fare to pay will be calculated on 2014 prices if you buy your Standard Class ticket today.

I assume that your TOC does not operate a Charter Discount scheme, which may complicate matters somewhat if you have a discount due?
