Updated rules for season ticket refunds

The concessionary allowance of up to 8 weeks’ backdating of refunds on season tickets no longer required will end on 26•AUG•20. On and from that date season ticket refunds will be calculated from the date of submission. Backdating will however still be possible with supporting medical evidence or employer letter as was the case pre-COVID19.

Remote requests for season ticket refunds will still be processed subject to each TOC’s procedures.
