THIS DOES NOT COME UP ON YOUR CRB. I’ve had my Enhanced CRB today and nothing is on there SO DO NOT WORRY !!! Wishing everyone the best of luck !

IANAL but even though it doesn't shows up there are professional/immigration requirements to disclose every involvement even if it doesn't appears

Whether Bylaw convictions show is entirely context-based and may sometimes show if the disclosing officer considers it relevant to the role being applied for. There is no such thing as a hard and fast rule for this, so your advice can only really be considered relevant to you.

Yes the Enhanced DBS is role specific, and while you can apply for an evergreen constant update version, the DBS wording can and will change between roles. So I have seen someone's DBS wording change quite monumentally when they moved from radiography to a pharmacy on the Controlled Drugs register. The latter has some of the most stringent controls (and radiography is pretty strict too). There is matrix that DBS and Disclosure Scotland use, and there's a requirement to be relevant and proportionate in disclosure. It's missing the point really since usually a DBS role requires applicants to disclose convictions and cautions before the DBS goes through. Convictions and cautions are in any event not a bar for many jobs, but the failure to disclose is one of the few ways to get sacked in the NHS.
