What are 3T10 and 3T11? The reversal at Insch must involve a fairly unusual shunting move.

Quite possibly an HST timing or crew training run or similar. I note it is timed for a 158, but it is possible that there aren't sectional running times for an HST yet.

I think it's an HST - went past the house about half an hour ago.

3T11 was an HST set. I went for a walk further along the road in order to get a better view (rather than seeing a line of windows speeding past!). Unfortunately with it being dark i couldn't see much detail.

Reversal at Insch isn't a move that's carried out very often - it seems strange that the run wasn't to Aberdeen (or indeed Inverurie) where the reversal would (to my utterly untrained eye) appear to be simpler.

There are two more return paths from Inverness tonight/early tomorrow morning. 3T12/13 to Insch again, and 3T14/15 to Elgin and back.

There may possibly have been a possession on from Inverurie to Aberdeen for the A2I improvment work out there at the moment.
