Unsure how to log into Bus Miles?

How do i use bus miles? I am struggling to log in.

Click add service, then you can type the bus stop name in, however this tends to be abit finicky so I tend to use the map feature to find the stop. I then find where I am and click the location pin for where the stop is and click "select this stop" then find the service im getting on and press "add". I can do a screenshot visual if you need
