if you mean the email messages go to:

http://www.railforums.co.uk/subscription.php?do=viewsubscription

and you can delete them all. To prevent new ones being created by default go to

http://www.railforums.co.uk/profile.php?do=editoptions

and change Default Thread Subscription Mode to Do not Subscribe.

If you mean leaving the forms you need to contact the administrators:

Or if you want to leave you can always just change your email address to something else and then it wont let you log in again until you confirm it.
