Unreserved seats on VTEC

I'm travelling Leeds to Kings Cross on Sunday (29th May) but due to engineering work direct trains are only every 2 hours straight very busy and can't get a reservation. Is there any seats that are permanently unreserved?

Coach H (the buffet) is totally unreserved on electric sets but there are no sockets (if that's is important to you). On HSTs the unreserved seats are scattered throughout the train usually with few at each carriage end.
