Recently I've noticed there's been quite a lot of unofficial merchandise on eBay, selling items which mimic TOC designs. Been ongoing for some time but seems to have been a sudden increase especially in facemasks & badges.

I was kinda wondering what peoples thoughts and feeling around them are? Have you ever bought any? Any good uses for them?
I think they're usually considered fan art so are ok on a copyright basis?
Quite tempted by a badge or two myself, I think the lack of need & having being overwhelmed with collecting previously puts me of somewhat.

I remember 2 or 3 years ago, on a fairly rare basis you'd see the occasional train badge listed said to be from a limited run at a depot, and would often go for £20+. Certainly seems to fill what there was demand for!
