Unknown rail symbol

Hi to you all

I hope you can help, my fatherinlaw has some BR memorabilia and wonders if it is worth trying to sell and what one of the items is. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.
PSA which shows the item we do not know what it is or represents, does anyone have any ideas or can point us in the right direction?

I think it is a crest depicting a company logo that would have been mounted above the nameplate of a freight loco, named after one of the Railfreight operator's customers. Can't be more specific than that though but I'll do some digging.

Update: I've got it! It is a crest from 37684 "Peak National Park". As it appears to be wood mounted it is probably a presentation piece rather than one of the actual plates from the loco.

He used to work for EWS at Immingham and has the attached as well, would you know if they are worth trying to sell?

It is a representation of the sign to be found at road entrances to the National Park, which have a millstone mounted above a stone plaque. They'd probably run out of genuine millstones when they did this one, as it has not got a hole in it.

First picture there is of the Immingham crest (Star and Scroll). The plaques were put on most locos during the Railfreight/Trainload sector of British Rail. Seen these go for a good bit of money on eBay, but might be better looking at some sort of specialist railway auction.
