Unknown car transporter

Went travelling round the west mids last week and on the approach to small Heath station (travelling away from birmigham) there is what looks to a redundant sidings with just car transporter wagon. Looks like its been there a while, can anybody confirm...

How long has it been there?

Why was it dumped there?

What number is it?

Are there any plans to move it?

All I know is that the location is Bordesley Green. They did used to load car trains there years ago. Always used to be a shunter there aswell back in the day. Sorry I couldn't be more of a help.
