Unidentified ECML freight

Anybody know what this is seen heading south through Durham at 0810 this morning?

Not a very good picture admittedly owing to low light levels.

Would presumably be the 07.43 Tyne Yard to Tees Yard, that passed Durham at 08.07 this morning running 9 late. I can't get my system to give me any other info about it though

Thanks. Is this a regular flow/turn? I'm particularly interested in knowing what's being hauled or are they redundant or empty wagons being moved?

Looks like a one-off - it's showing as VSTP in my systems with no trace in other weeks.

I don't have the required level of access to check what the consist was, but I would guess it is a balancing move to get locos and wagons to where they need to be for another working. I can't imagine what they might want to move from Tyne to Tees that would be heavy enough to require two 66s.
