I understand that settlement of ticket revenue from ToD bookings generally doesn't take place before the collection, and that issuing a refund is easier for uncollected tickets.
If, however, the booking stays uncollected and no refund is issued or requested, who gets the revenue?
Just something that popped into my head after I was able to collect a very cheap (under £1) single that expired 5 weeks prior.
