I have gone to spot trains at Stratford International a couple of times, and each time there would occasionally be an unannounced high speed class 395 javelin speeding through, on the platform opposite to the one I was standing at, is there any way to find out when these will fly by? They don't appear on real time trains so wondering if any other websites might help as I believe they're stock movements, I would be very grateful for any thoughts!

If you go into detailed mode on RTT they should come up in blue, also good for freight.

I'd expect that any non-stop trains would be ECS
I thought it'd be something like that, is there any way I can see when empty stock will come through the station?

Ah this is what I usually do, I've never had a passing train not appear on Real time trains so wondering if there are other apps that might be more accurate, seems really strange to me that the movements don't appear

Stratford International is on Open Train Times so you'd be able to see them approaching on the maps, along with the headcode. Link below for the specific location.

Try searching by Stratford intl E Jn
Or W junction

Stratford international is not a mandatory timing point so is often missed from non stop services in NR schedules.

RTT usually adds these in as an inferred passing point but obviously doesn't for Stratford international.

Therefore using the e and w junctions you can see the services.

RTT does add Stratford International in as an inferred timing point, and I've just double checked that myself.

It is likely that the unannounced services are VSTP or running without schedule at point in time they pass. Not unusual.
