Ukrainian Railways (UZ) and the Howard Buffett Foundation have created the world's first Food Train.
The train will, according to UZ, make Ukrainian cities resilient to blackouts and will
come to the liberated regions.
The official information in Ukrainian is here. Google for whatever reason refuses to translate the text,
so here are excerpts from DeepL.com's translation:
10,000 meals a day means some 416 meals every hour, or 10 every minute (assuming 24 hours' operation). This looks pretty ambitious. Could somebody with experience in mass catering comment on the feasibility?

If anybody is interested, the full translation (.txt file) can be downloaded via this link.The train is about 150 meters long and consists of 6 cars:
a generator car with a capacity of up to 400 kW and its own gas station inside
a refrigerator car with a freezer for food storage;
two cars with cold and hot kitchens for direct cooking, respectively;
a car for train staff and cooks with a shower and a washing machine;
a luggage car with a capacity of 27 thousand liters of water, a filtration and pumping station.
The Food Train can operate completely autonomously for 5-7 days, producing more than 10 thousand
meals a day. To produce this number of meals, only 14 cooks are needed and 7 railroad workers are
needed to support the train's operations.
