UK rail network ticket

Hi,
me and my friend are planning to go to loads of different places in the UK (only england and wales) and we are travelling by train and bike most of the time when we are moving to different places, my question is that as we are travelling across the two countries is there a special ticket that is valid for about 2 weeks and across the whole UK rail network,including all lines and TOC's so a bit like a travel card. if there is then can someone let me know please and how much it is likley to be as it would save a lot of bookings and time if there is one

thats great that they do that, but any idea if there is a cheaper way of doing it, for a 16 year old with a young persons railcard, or is the prices on the site the real ones for railcards. so i guess i mean, can you advance book one of these or not and get it cheaper with the railcard too, im guessing not but i just want to check

There's no discount for buying in advance, but NRE claims that there is a 16-25 railcard discount for the Standard class All-line Rover, so you'd pay £463.30 for the 2 weeks.

cool, thanks this has really helped, because i am trying to work out if it cheaper to get one of these or book the tickets individually, where i worked out (for what and were we want to go) will be around £160 but then we cant change our minds if we decide to go somewhere else before we head off, or would it be better to get one of the all network rovers and then we can be more flexible. im struggling to decide what to do on this one

any ideas on what would be best to do?

Another option to consider is a combination of Advance tickets for long-distance journeys and regional Rover tickets. These offer good value with a Railcard. For example, the Freedom of the North West 4 in 8 Day Rover gives unlimited travel in North-West England, generally after 0845 Mondays to Fridays, anytime weekends and Bank Holidays, on any 4 of 8 consecutive days for a Railcard price of £44.20. There are similar products for Wales and most regions of England.
