UK LED Signals

I'm having trouble getting the LED signals to work that came with the Portsmouth Direct add-on.

The problem with some theatre route indicators and all feathers

Some theatres and all feathers wont clear, and if they do, the feather/ theatre will not go out

Am i missing something or have the track on the wrong settings?

Any help accepted
