UID 222s

Can someone please help me with IDing the 222s in these pictures please?

2220XX in London St Pancras in De-Branded MML livery on the 25/08/2008 at 16:58 Heading for Bedford

Same as above just taken at 17:00

Here is 22210X at Grantham 23/07/2005 at 11:37 heading for London KGX

Same as above just taken a minute later

Anybody know any idea how I can ID them?

Try Locoscene

Navigate to 222s, get your date, see if any sightings correspond. If necessary, google for the diagrams, I have seen EMT ones around before, and work backwards or forwards as necessary. It can be done!

For the EMT (MML liveried) 222, I can find dates but no times

Does the site do times?

Or the FHT one for that matter

The FHT 222/1 I have narrowed it down to 222103 or 104 as this unit doesn't carry a name. Does anyone know when 222104 was named :???:

All 4 units were named though. 103 was involved in an incident in workshops, meaning it was out of traffic for yonks. Check see if that helps.

That was my thought, but the photos are from before that happened.
