Uffington Mystery Bus

A quick question for you knowledgeable folks.

Around the location of Uffington crossovers between Didcot Parkway and Swindon there's a white bus (an Atlantean I think) with a thick blue stripe. It looks to be in quite a state. Colleagues who have signed the route longer than me say it's been there seemingly for ever.

I wondered if anyone could shed any light on who it belongs (or belonged to) and what its history is?
