Does anyone else receive this screen when they search for a train journey? I've had this for two weeks now and Uber support have been no help.

It seems to show this screen if the journey requires a change in train along the route (a journey solely from A to B shows results).

Really annoying as I've been taking advantage of the Uber credits cashback for months. Now I can't seem to book at all!

Please could you specify the journey?

Have you left a "via" point in by mistake? That's a common cause of this sort of error.
How do you put via on Uber trips?

Also I got this the other week by having put in too early of a time (already passed) and/or impossible return time (either too late so no trains or the return would need to leave before you got there).

If you can provide more information, the relevant suppliers to Uber do read this forum and would be able to have a look into it.

However, if you want a site that just works (and has multiple via/avoid location options) you might want to consider our ticketing site? It has a seat selector too! Unfortunately we can't compete with cashback, but as the saying goes "you get what you pay for". If people want extended features and good customer service, use us. If you want poor customer service and cashback, use Umio or LNER.

What benefit do you get using uber?
For cashback! Everything else is a disbenefit
Why not just use a train company web site?
Our site would be a better bet; better customer service, more features and sometimes lower fares too.

They give you 10% back in credit, plus an additional 1 Avios per £1, effectively worth an 11% discount. There have also been offers in the past where they sell discounted gift cards.

thanks - I wouldn't use Uber at all.

I thought I would let you say that ;)

Thanks (not sure what an Avios is but i am sure it is useful)

As above: I wouldn't use Uber. I wont use them for cabs!

It's all part by providing a poor product, and partly by having wealthy investors, throwing money at it and erroneously thinking that there is a lot of money in railway ticketing, and that you can provide a poor and basic product and watch the cash roll in. They don't realise the scale of refund requests and other pressures on the business, and don't allocate enough resources to deal with customer requests/complaints.

It's best avoided unless you are really desperate for the cashback and don't mind the loss of via points, seat selectors and good customer service.

They also do fee-free refunds and change of Advance tickets. You'll need to pay for these on most other sites.

@olivermiles96 if you could share the journey that would be helpful.
