Hi, would any existing East Coast CSAs be able to give me a rough idea of a typical roster, such as a typical working week say.
Thanks in advance

Its difficult to give an accurate answer to that, they are many different ones. It will be a 12 week roster based on an average of 35 hours per week, so 420 hours over the 12 weeks. Usually the roster will repeat its self every 2 or 3 weeks, but this can vary from depot to depot, which depot are you thinking of applying? The rosters are split into early am starts, late am/afternoon starts, and evening starts so which ever roster you get will be one of these, you wont get one week am then next week have to do evenings. Shift length can be anywhere between 6 and 12 hours. Usually you will have to work 1 weekend in every 3. During the 12 week roster cycle you will get anything inbetween 30 and 43 days off depending on the shift lengths in that roster.
