Tyne & Wear Metro to Network Rail

Where are all of the current places it is possible to run a train between Network Rail infrastructure and Tyne & Wear Metro infrastructure?

Other than Metro services towards Sunderland and Jarrow freight are there any other cases where this happens?

No other track connections currently exist.

In the BR ere there was a connection at Benton onto the ECML, heading South from Benton station. That had gone by the time BR was privatised.
