the disruption was around 4 hours so by the time they sourced the buses, got standbys out and then routed them there would be no point in doing so as it would take a long time to logistically organise that. Also there are arent many reserve buses anymore that companies are willing to put out on service for another operator. I think the bus companies are better to strengthen service than put on a timely MRBS, after all when we had the line closures, many people used normal buses and not the replacement service
