Hi Guys ,
anyone know how many trains are using Tyne Dock in a week please ?
I do voluntary work for Mission To Seafarers and every time I look at the loading sidings they are full with trains after 1800 , during the day they are quite quiet apart from the biomass train and the odd coal train, but each day I look at the stock piles they are dropping rapidly.
On the biomasss , since Octber 28 th there has been ships with the following loads of wood pellets :- 48 000 + 47000 + 30 000 + 25000 + the one that is on the berth now with 47 00o tonnes giving a total of 197 000 tonnes with the cargo still on the vessel YASA AYSEN , though the storage shed has very little stock inside it , if the wind odes not drop the biomass train from Tyne Dock might stop running for a day or so.
